In honor
of the Cubs winning their division series against the Giants,
Troubadour and Balladeer Mark
Zeus has agreed to return to Chicago for some
special performances. We're gonna romp and stomp 'til
midnight. We're gonna fuss and fight 'til
daylight. Feel free to join us out at some of our
favorite haunts below. Wear a Halloween Mask and get in
free.

Once again, a mysterious man known as Zeus
visits these parts. He comes out of the dead of night with a gym
bag full of melodies, and has been known to play songs that only
he knows the words to. He won't speak unless spoken to, and then
only when his mic is adjusted just so. He can quiet audio feedback
with a patient stare. President's take his birthday off. His
guitar is tuned to Greenwich Mean Time. Rod Serling produced his
first album. Small dogs sense him coming, but don't ruin the
surprise. His guitar picks are worth more on ebay than ebay
itself. He is appearing Thursday, October 27th at Hops &
Barley in a special acoustic show with Marlon St. John.

sure can make you thirsty. Well, we have just the thing to make
what's right more right. Come to Grandpa's Place in lovely
downtown Glenview right by the train stop, listen to some tunes
that make you tap your feet, have a drink or two while the bullpen
warms up, and watch some ball on the TV. Mark Zeus and I just
added a show to the Go! Cubs! Go! Tour and this is one you will
certainly not want to miss.
